1.1By creating an account on DistribuLink you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1.2You accept them by ticking the agreement box when you register. We record the date and the version of the terms and of the privacy policy you accepted.
1.3If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
1.4You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
1.5We may update these terms or our privacy policy. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept the new versions before you continue using your account.
2. Accounts and roles
2.1DistribuLink offers four roles: company, distributor, salesperson, and administrator.
2.2Company, distributor, and salesperson accounts are self service. Administrator accounts are created only by the platform team.
2.3A salesperson registers with their own name, mobile number, and location. A salesperson account does not represent or bind any company.
2.4You must confirm your email address before you can sign in.
2.5You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.
3. Business verification
3.1Companies and distributors must provide a valid GST number to register. Companies must also provide their PAN and their FSSAI licence or registration number.
3.2GST numbers are checked for format and check digit, and a company's PAN must match the PAN contained in its GST number.
3.3Our team reviews the documents you submit before a verified badge appears on your profile.
3.4You confirm that every registration detail and document number you provide is accurate, current, and lawfully yours to use.
3.5Changing a registration number returns your profile to pending status for a fresh review. We may decline, suspend, or withdraw verification if details cannot be confirmed or appear to be misused.
4. Listings and responses
4.1Companies, distributors, and salespeople may publish requirements and respond to one another's listings.
4.2Companies see listings from companies and distributors. Distributors see listings from companies, distributors, and salespeople. Salespeople see listings from distributors only. Companies and salespeople never see each other's listings, and everyone sees their own.
4.3You may only publish listings for yourself or for a business you represent, and their content must be accurate and lawful.
4.4Responding to a listing shares your name or business name, categories, location, and contact details with the member who published it.
4.5Deleting a listing removes the responses recorded against it. Removing an accepted or declined response clears it from your own list only; the other business keeps its copy, and the record of the response itself is kept while either account is open, so the same response cannot be sent to the same listing twice.
4.6We may remove any listing or response that is misleading, unlawful, or reported as abusive.
5. Referral codes
5.1Every salesperson account has a personal referral code. A distributor may enter one salesperson's code when it registers, or register through that salesperson's link. A code cannot be added or changed after registration.
5.2A distributor counts for the salesperson whose code it used once our team has verified its GST number. Registering alone does not count.
5.3A salesperson who registered after referral codes were introduced can search distributors, read and publish requirements, respond to listings, and open business profiles once at least one distributor that used their code has been verified. Until then they can still manage their profile, send feedback, and ask to close their account.
5.4Salesperson accounts created before referral codes were introduced keep the access they had, and also receive a code.
5.5A referral earns no payment, commission, or other reward from DistribuLink beyond the access described above.
5.6Do not register a distributor account for a business that is not genuinely yours, or ask anyone else to, in order to meet this requirement. We may suspend or remove the accounts involved.
6. Content you upload
6.1You may upload a business logo and, as a company, up to twelve catalogue images. You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload.
6.2Your business name, categories, location, logo, catalogue images, and the territory you cover are shown on your profile and in search so that partners can find you. The profile of a verified business is public: anyone can view it without signing in, and search engines such as Google may show it.
6.3Your GST, PAN, and FSSAI numbers are used for verification. Your GST, FSSAI and Udyam (URN) numbers are shown to others only in part, such as 27**********1Z5; the full numbers stay with you and our verification team, and a PAN is never shown to other businesses.
6.4Your contact name, email address, and phone number are visible to signed-in members. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you before this changes.
6.5Feedback you submit may be published on our home page with your name, role, business, and city once our team has reviewed it. You can delete it at any time.
7. Fees
7.1DistribuLink is currently free to use. No payment provider is connected and no charge is taken.
7.2If paid plans are introduced we will give notice and show the price before anything becomes payable. Nothing will be charged without your agreement.
8. Acceptable use
8.1Do not scrape, bulk export, or resell contact details or any other data obtained through the platform.
8.2Do not use contact details for unsolicited marketing unrelated to a distribution enquiry.
8.3Do not impersonate another business, submit credentials that are not yours, or create duplicate accounts.
8.4Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or upload anything intended to harm them.
8.5We may suspend or remove any account that breaches this section.
9. Our role and liability
9.1DistribuLink is an introduction platform that connects companies, distributors, and salespeople. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with another member.
9.2We do not manufacture, buy, sell, stock, or distribute any product, and we do not take orders or handle payments between members.
9.3We do not guarantee, endorse, or give any warranty for any member, or for the quality, safety, legality, price, or delivery of any product or service a member offers. Profiles and listings are written by the members themselves.
9.4No member acts for or on behalf of DistribuLink, and we do not act as an agent or broker for any member.
9.5Verification confirms that documents were submitted and reviewed. It is not a guarantee of performance or solvency.
9.6You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering a commercial arrangement.
9.7The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
9.8Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Ending your use
10.1You may stop using DistribuLink at any time. Ask us to close your account from your profile page, or by writing to support@distribulink.in.
10.2We close an account within 30 days of a request. Closing it deletes your profile, your listings and the responses they received, the responses you sent, your testimonials, your uploaded images, your GST record, and your sign-in, except anything the law requires us to keep.
10.3We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to remove by law.
10.4These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
